Privacy, in plain language

This site is a set of text pages with drawings on them. No account, no cart, no comment section, no newsletter. That makes the privacy policy short, and I would rather write it honestly than pad it out.

What is collected

The web server keeps ordinary access logs: page requested, time, browser string, IP address. Those exist so the site can be kept running and abuse spotted. They are rotated and discarded on a schedule, not sold, not profiled.

There are no advertising pixels, no analytics script, no social embed and no third-party font on this site.

Cookies

One functional cookie may be set by the server to remember a returning reader. It carries no personal information. The full list is on the cookies page.

If you came from an advertisement

Some visitors arrive from an ad. If that is you:

• This site is an independent planning guide. It is not a safari operator and not a booking platform.
• We do not sell tours and never process payments. There is no card form anywhere here.
• The advertising platform may hold its own data about the impression. This site does not receive it and does not add to it.
• If an ad promised a price or a discount, check it with the operator. I do not run offers and cannot honour one.

If you email me, the message sits in my inbox until I have answered it. You can ask me to delete it at any time and I will.
